BIILIK
Biilik is a store located in Madrid, Spain that sells furniture and decoration both at the retail level (B2C) and to interior design professionals and architecture studios (B2B).
My main functions as Ecommerce manger was the management and configuration of the online store (Prestashop), content update, SEO, facebook ads, social media, email marketing and customer service via email, live chat, and phone.
Images are everything in Interior Design.
The website has a clean and simple style with a white background to highlight all the images.

I set up a new and more efficient web structure as well as a new site architecture, improving the navigation and allowing users to access related content more easily. These changes have driven an increase in user engagement and a decrease in the bounce rate.

- Monitor website performance and handled troubleshooting.
- Use Google analytics and other tracking tools to monitor and optimize the website and learn customer behavior.
- Customer service via email, live chat, and phone.
- Develop performance strategies and apply Front End techniques to decrease bounce rates, increase conversion and prolong user time on site.
- Update product stock.
- Manage shipping processes and customer service support.
- Create and implement Email Marketing campaigns.
- Optimize SEO on page.
- Add new products.
- Design new banners.
- Create new Social Media Content
- Monitor and execute marketing campaigns across different channel such as SEM, Social Media and define KPIs.
